Yea! We made an offer, they countered & we accepted! So we're believing all the paperwork will go thru' smoothly & we'll be in our new home by the end of October! Happy Halloween & Samhain! Woo hoo! You can see a pic above, but the whole back yard needs to be done! So we will be busy campers! Gardens, fruit trees, grape vines, herbs, tomatoes, arugula...here we come...oh, yeah, & some flowers, trees & bulbs! Yahoo!

It's perfect! Not to mention beautiful! I can't wait to see what you two create in the back yard! I think that was a little bonus - you get to plant, build & enjoy whatever you want back there!

Super nice house, guys!! I like this one a lot more than the other one your were pursuing. Can't wait to see what you do with the back yard. We just recently bought a new house, too. It was a bank-owned and we got a good deal on it, but the entire back yard is bricked in, so that'll be one of our big task is to bring it back to a garden and back to life!! Lookin' forward to some inside pics when you get a chance!
